Happy Birthday JJ!!

Since we weren't going to be in Florida for JJ's birthday, we decided to celebrate it a week early.
We went to Chuck E. Cheese's and had a blast.

Characters!!!

Isn't Disney really about the kids meeting their "friends"? Brynn loved meeting them. And I have to admit, we ran into some really good characters.













Darby was her favorite. Brynn "slapped her cap" for her and Darby touched her head and did "Think. Think. Think." Brynn couldn't stop smiling.

Epcot

Epcot is always a great place to go. It was supposed to rain most of the day, but Hurricane Ike turned west instead and missed Orlando. As we were waiting for the fireworks, I mentioned to Kevin that it hadn't rained and Woosh, a 5 minute downpour. And then it stopped as quickly as it started. And the fireworks were as gorgeous as you would expect from Disney.

This was probably the most fun we had. Kevin's cousin, Chris (who lives in Orlando) and I were on the Magic Carpet in front of Kevin, Brynn, Joe, and JJ. We were playing something that resembled chicken the whole ride. So much fun.

Magical. Just Magical.

Downtown Disney

We left for Florida on Saturday, September 6th.

We didn't want to go to a park since we had gotten up very early, so we decided to shop at Downtown Disney. One of the reasons we chose to stay at Port Orleans Riverside was because of the boat ride to Downtown Disney. We knew JJ (Kevin's 3 year old nephew) and Brynn would love it. We were right!!
